-balanced some levels

-some flippers move slower to prevent collision errors

-fixed bug where timer disappeared on reaching goal

-added controller support: 

LT/RT for flippers

Left Face Button for charge

Left Stick for rotation

Right Face Button for menu

Menu navigation not supported on controller :( use mouse for now :(
